3 Tips to Prevent Nuts From Loosening

Nuts and bolts form almost all of fastening devices on mechanical equipment, but the nuts to work loose usually because of the vibrations of equipment. Here are 3 tips to prevent the loose from taking place.

1.Thread a self-locking nut or a nut with nylon inserted on the bolt and tighten with the proper wrenches.

2.Slip a split, or lock, washer over the bolt end .and twist the nut on, then tighten it down with the proper wrenches.

3.Paint thread-locker compound completely around the bolt threads as far down as possible. Thread the nut on and tighten with the right wrenches.
