There are a variety of ways that you can remove a stuck nut. However, some of the methods won't work if the nut is very stuck. Removing a stuck nut is largely a matter of trial and error.
1. Use the oil such as Liquid Wrench penetrates all around the nut, then remove the nut with a lug wrench after 10 minutes. Keep the oil continues to seep in for a few hours if the nut is still stuck.
2. Use a different wrench, such as a four-way wrench. A four-way wrench is much better than a typical "L" shaped wrench, because it can offer better torque.
3. Use an air gun to remove the nut.
4. Heat the lug nut with a propane torch. As a heated nut will expand more quickly than the unheated stud inside, then you can loosen the nut with a wrench.
5. Use a nut splitter on the nut. When you tighten a nut splitter, it will force a wedge into the nut, then the nut splits in half and falls off.
