Precautions for the Installation of Non-standard Screws

1. Check and clean the non-standard screws, its surface may stick with floating rust and oil stains, screw thread has the burr or other defects, which should have been cleaned before sell.

2. Non-standard screw contact surface treatment has to achieve the requirements of specifications of the anti-transfer coefficient; the high-strength non-standard screws should have matching aluminum rivet nuts, washers and other hardware accessory, they should be match used, not allowed to be interchangeable.

3. In the installation, the embedded hole for non-standard screws is also not allowed to stained with oil, dirt and other debris.

4. The environment should be dry when installing non-standard screws, the moist air is likely to cause screw corrosion.

5.When installing unstandard parts, do not hammer the bolt into plates in order to prevent the bolt thread from damage.

6. After the installation is completed, the non-standard screws should be regularly tested, use an electric wrench to tighten it within an accurate and safe torque.
