It's very common to see the wind power screw has gotten rusted even the raw material is stainless steel. The stainless steel material usually refers to the steel which has corrosion resistance property.

Although the wind power screw seems to be very tiny and unimpressive, but it plays a very important role.During the using process, the corrosion of the wind power screw would greatly affect not only the appearance but also the function of the wind power screw. Therefore,it's of great significance to prevent the stainless steel wind power screw from rust.

There are several reasons for the stainless steel wind power screw getting rusted:

1.In the humid air,the attachments including the dust and prill attach to the surface of the stainless steel wind power screw to produce an electrochemical  reaction, which is called the electrochemical corrosion.

2.Under the condition of sufficient water and oxygen, the organic juices on the surface of the stainless steel wind power screw would turn into organic acid to corrode the stainless steel wind power screw gradually.

3.The surface of the stainless steel wind power screw is partially corroded by the corrosive substance such as the alkaline water.
