When steel rivet nuts need to be installed on the product surface, while if the inside space is too small to allow the rivet squeezer head press-riveting, as well as the budding or other methods can not reach the strength requirements, the press-riveting and rose- riveting methods are not feasible, it must be pull-riveting. Because rivet nuts have the following excellent features:

1. Applicable to all thicknesses of sheets and pipes (0.5MM-6MM) in fastening field.

2. Riveting one time by pneumatic or manual riveters, it is convenient and secure.

3. To make up the defects that metal sheets, thin bolt tubes of standard parts are fusible in welding, or not easy to weld nuts and others.

Rivet nuts, according to distinct materials, are divided into S-type cutting steel rivet nuts, CLS-type stainless steel rivet nuts, SP-type stainless iron rivet nuts as well as CLA-type copper, aluminum rivet nuts, they are respectively applied in different work conditions. Specifications are usually from M2 to M12. In the installation of S (cls) series of self-embedded nut, only inserting the rivet nuts into the holes on the metal plate, then embedding and fastening the rivet nuts through pressure. S (cls) series of self-embedded nut has the following advantages:

1. To maintain a flat embedded effect in the back of plate.

2. Small and compact, it is suitable for all electronic or precision equipment.

3. Good torque resistance performance.

4. A large number of specifications can meet a variety of design requirements.
