How About Using Mechanical Nuts to Prevent the Looseness?

1. Slotted nut and cotter pin

After tightening the slotted nut, use cotter pin through the holes in the end of bolt and nut, the ordinary nut after drilling pin holes is also available.

2. Round nuts and lock washers

Make a washer inner tongue embedded into the bolt (axis) slot, after tightening the nut, place one washer outer tongue fold in another slot.

3. Lock washer

After tightening the nut, make one or both ears washers bending and snapping to the sides of nut and the coupling respectively so that to achieve locking. If the two bolts need double locking, it can use double-locking washer.

4. Tandem steel wire

Using low carbon steel wires to get each screw together by penetrating holes on each screw head. But you need to pay attention to the direction of the wire penetration for this structure.
