Regular Maintenance of Riveting Nut Gun

1. After each 50 times (up to 100 times) riveting, it needs to clean riveting nut. gun slider threads with a brush, and apply lubricant to reduce the load wear.

2. After each 1000 times riveting, it needs to clean up the rotating mandrel, firstly blowing out dust and aluminum debris, then dropped 2-3 drops of lubricant.

3. The riveting nut gun worked every 2000 times, open body plug and add hydraulic oil to ensure the tension and route; after then pouring hydraulic oil every 3,000 times riveting.

4. Maintaining the above parts of riveting nut gun when not using, and coating rust inhibitor on the outer sleeve, slider, cylinder screws and other places. Finally storing in a dry environment.
