Usage

Flat head rivet nut usually has better tightening effect, it is widely used in most areas. But requirements of flat surface after riveting are needed too. Worker will hit a sink hole first, then use countersunk head typed rivet nut, so that after the completion of riveting, riveted surface is flat. But the mechanical properties of countersunk head will be lower than the flat head rivet nut.

Countersunk head divides into large and small countersunk head rivet nut, there is no significant difference between the two. Small countersunk head is suitable for using on a relatively thick and hard material, while large countersunk head is suitable for using on relatively thin and soft material.
